By Car


​1. From Taipei to Yilan via National Freeway 5; Continue on the route after passing the Hsuehshan Tunnel; Exit the freeway at No. 46k (Luodong/Wujie); Turn left on the U-turn lane and continue straight on the right lane; Continue straight on the road under the viaduct; Turn left at the dead end (you will see a traffic light next to an embankment); Drive through the Lanyang Bridge Tunnel; Turn left at the traffic light; Continue straight and turn right at the traffic light; You will then see the Chilin Education Center. 
 

2. From the Taipei area via National Freeway 5; Exit the freeway at No. 46k (Luotong/Wujie); Turn right at the first traffic light and drive toward Luodong; Continue straight pass the railroad crossing; When you see Provincial Highway 9 (Zhong-Zheng North Rd.), turn right; When you see the China Gasoline, continue straight on the left lane; Turn left at 宜25線 and continue straight; Once you see the Erjie 王公廟牌樓, turn right and go straight for ca. 340m; You will then see the Chilin Education Center. 


3. From the Taipei area via coastal highway; When you see a road sign indicating the Wujie direction, enter the County Highway 196 and head toward west for ca. 3.2km; Near the Wujie Township Office, there is a traffic light and a road sign indicating 宜25線 (Wujie Central Rd.); Turn right and continue straight toward Erjie for ca. 4.4km; Drive pass by Erjie Train Station and Xuejin Rd. (Erjie Waterway) until the end; Turn right on Jiujie Rd. and drive for 400m; You will then see the Chilin Education Center.

4. From Hualien to Yilan after exiting the Suhua Highway, drive along Provincial Highway 9 northward toward Yilan; Drive toward Wujie Township after passing Su'ao and Luodong; Once you see the China Gasoline on Zhong-Zheng North Rd. (Sihjie), continue straight on the left lane; Turn left at 宜25線 and continue straight; Once you see the Erjie 王公廟牌樓, Turn right and go straight for ca. 340m; You will then see the Chilin Education Center. 
 




  By Public Transportation

1. Train Stop at "Yilan Station"; Take a transit bus heading to Luodong, Su-ao, or Nanfang-ou and stops at "Erjie"; Get off at the first bus stop, i.e., "Chilin Education Center (on Jiujie Rd.)," after passing the Lanyang Bridge.

2. Bus Take the Capitol Company bus or the Kamalan Bus; Stop at "Yilan Transfer Station"; Take a transit bus heading to Luodong, Su-ao, or Nanfang-ou and stops at "Erjie"; Get off a tthe first bus stop, i.e., "Chilin Education Center (on Jiujie Rd.)," after passing the Lanyang Bridge.
