Chilin began to offer the Chi-He Scholarship in 2007 with the hope that students can be encouraged to engage in public affairs and develop a foundation of and knowledge in social progression. 

We are looking for current graduate students, studying in Taiwan or abroad, whose fields of research are related to Taiwan social movements (prior to 2000, including the period of Japanese colonization) and have not received other scholarships for their dissertation to apply for the Chi-He Scholarship. 

Number of recipients: 5
Amount: 50,000 NTD
Criteria: Current graduate students studying in Taiwan or abroad
When to apply: May 1 to June 30, 2021
